Here at White Animation, we split up the process of making a Whiteboard Animation into six different steps. Having these six steps allows us and our customers to break down the video, to make sure they are receiving exactly what they want. Our customers are involved in every step of the process so they know they are getting the best video that will achieve their marketing goals. The six steps that make up the process are the initial meeting, writing the script, creating the visuals, production, revisions and lastly publishing the video.
The Idea
The first step is the most important one. This is where our customers sit down with us and discuss why they want to create a Whiteboard Animation video and what they want out of it. To create the perfect video for you, we will ask you a series of questions to gain an understanding of your needs and goals. Such as, Who is your target audience? What kind of message do you want to convey? What are the benefits of your company/product? Etc. After the meeting, we will know what you’re looking for, which will allow us to create a creative idea for your video.
Script Writing
During the scriptwriting process, we take all the information that was gained during the initial meeting and turn it into an appealing script. We can adjust our writing style according to your needs, we can make it funny, authoritative, explanatory, etc. The script will convey your key messages and will provide a specific call to action of your choice. Once the script is written we send a copy to you for edits and comments. Revisions are then made to the script until it’s exactly what you’re looking for.
Creating Visuals
During this step, we create unique visuals for you that fit with your company/product and are also compatible with your script. We will provide you with multiple sketches all drawn in various styles so you can choose which one you think will be best for your video. In this step, you also have full control of what you want your characters to look like, the emotions you want them to portray and the placement of them. Also, one of our advantages here at White Animation is that we create original content in-house. So, all your images will be unique and individualized for your specific video.
Production & Revisions
This is the part of the process when the real magic happens! We gather the finalized script and record a professional voice-over of your choice. Next, we animate the illustrations live and digitally, mix them together with the voice-over and then add additional animations, sound effects, and music, in order to enrich your video and attract a wider audience. Once the video is completed it is sent to you for your comments and approval. The video will not move on to the publishing phase until all aspects of it fit your wants and needs.
Publishing
The last part of the process is the publishing of your video. Once your video is completed to your standards we will send it to you in various formats and help you with uploading it. We can also provide advice about optimization techniques and social media. Here at White Animation, we believe that after seeing the results of your video, you will come back to us with a request for another video.
